  • This is a HUNTING position, fast-paced - staffing & corporate high-tech environment.
  • AGG is a Summit-Level Salesforce Implementation Partner. We run 2 business lines:
    • Our internal team of technical pros (corporate exp needed), AGG- this role will staff our in-house tech teams- predominately Salesforce.
    • Our 2nd business line is our technical staffing firm (staffing exp needed) Access Resources- where we staff external clients' technical teams thru staffing and MSP opportunities - all tech stacks.

WHAT THIS ROLE ENTAILS:

We are looking for a fast-paced, self-motivated, well-spoken staffing US-Based Technical Recruiter to join our recruitment team. Our selected US Technical Recruiter will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers/applicants, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process. You should be able to close interviews, get offers, place great talent and meet targets.

To be successful as a US Technical Recruiter you should be able to build instant rapport and achieve applicant satisfaction. Our selected Technical Recruiter should also be very competitive and a good listener.

REQUIRED:

  • Expert-level Full Cycle Technical Recruitment, Boolean, Source, Interview, submittal preparation, ATS documentation, and management of candidates thru the hiring process
  • Hold superior interpersonal communication skills and possess strong foresight
  • Requires a strong collaborator with internal managers, leadership teams, and external resources

Position Overview:

AGG is a Salesforce Implementation Partner. We have our internal team of technical pro's (corporate exp needed) where we staff our inhouse team. An additonal business line of our is a technical staffing firm (staffing exp needed) where we staff clients technical teams - all tech stacks not limited to Salesforce!

Joining AGG as a Senior US-Based Technology Recruiter, you will be an extension of the business by completing interviewing, screening, and recommending prospective employees for a role. Our technical recruiters work closely with clients/ hiring managers and internal leadership to ensure the right candidates for the job.

Our US Technical recruiters must maintain and carefully develop a high-quality pool of candidates suitable for technical roles. The chosen professional will report to a Director and Manager in business, and our technical recruiters require 3-7+ years of experience related to IT recruitment.

Key roles and responsibilities include:

  • Extensive knowledge in writing Boolan Strings from job descriptions
  • Parsing specialized qualifications and skills for screening IT resumes
  • Sourcing potential candidates via professional platforms
  • Conducting task and job analysis for documenting job duties as well as requirements
  • Staying aware of new technological products as well as the latest trends
  • Onboarding new hires
  • Writing and posting technical job advertisements and descriptions
  • Promoting the reputation of our company, and clients.
  • Participating in tech meetups and conferences for networking with talented IT professionals
  • Coordinating with team leaders for forecasting the hiring needs and setting the department goals
  • Crafting and sending recruiting emails to passive candidates with current open jobs
  • Performing pre-screening interviews for analyzing the abilities of candidates
  • Interviewing candidates using various techniques (e.g. technical assessments, behavioral and structured questions)

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-7+ years prior experience as a Technical Recruiter in fast-paced staffing AND corporate environments
  • This role work CST/EST hours to recruit US technical candidates
  • Expert command of the English language as well as non-verbal communication skills
  • Strength in writing Boolean Strings
  • Full Cycle Technical Recruitment from sourcing, qualifying, writing submittal, documentation, candidate mgt
  • Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
  • Inpenetrable knowledge of full-cycle recruiting
  • Solid technical background needed to understand as well as explain requirements for IT-related jobs
  • Prior experience with conducting various types of interviews (e.g. structured, phone, Google Meet)
  • Experience with resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Experience with various sourcing methods (e.g. Boolean search, social media recruiting, etc.)
  • Sound knowledge of all labor regulations and HR practices
