Job Description
- Help set a product roadmap for the payments squad.
- Discover problem statements within the payments domain and work with the stakeholders in the conceptualization exercise to deliver payment solutions
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, operations, and executive teams to bring about product enhancements that will improve payment-related processes.
- Help evolve our payment gateways with the best solutions on the market.
- Understand the different payment methods, gateways, and payment products within the MENA region.
- Drive conversion rate optimization as it relates to online payments.
- Validate product’s success through different testing methodologies
- Gather business context and become a domain expert in prioritizing business requirements
- Define problem statements properly through probing and understanding underlying issues and opportunities
