Job Description
- Maintain an effective control framework and ensure compliance with all relevant external laws & regulations, internal codes and policies and good market practices.
- Provide advisory to ensure clear understanding of compliance risk exposure with respect to clients, transactions and products as well as interpretation of regulations.
- The role requires strong partnership with the leadership team, interfaces with both Risk and Compliance functions and has responsibility for driving the implementation of policy arising out of changes in Compliance globally.
