- Getting the right product mix in the right place at the right time. Track shipment versus forecast (Forecast accuracy %). Lead Demand compliance per location, channel and market. Communicate 3 months rolling forecast with GP for materials planning purposes. Issue production plans and coordinate change of plans between GP, production and warehouse. Track actual vs. plan for production (Production Compliance %). Issue monthly finished product analysis and plans for remnant stocks to maintain agreed freshness rate.
