Job Description
Black & Grey HR is recruiting for one of the worldslargest global food companiesinDammam,Saudi Arabia.Our client is looking to hirean experienced TallyClerk (Warehouse). The Clerk would be responsible foraccounting and maintaining the records for all commodities received, stored and dispatched in compliance with the Factory.
-Maintain the Warehouse/cold store Inventory Records Accuracy and sustainable inventory control & management system
-Train & educate the operations team, to pass them the company policy and procedure
-Implement the Health and Safety program for the cold stores
-Manage the warehouse dry and cold store operations capabilities and process in order to maximize the utilization of the logistics resources
-Motivate the employees to bring out their best enterpriseDevelop & Implement policies regarding warehouse Order management, Ensuring Picking & --Loading in a flexible & efficient manner to achieve operational excellence & make the deliveries in a timely & Customer focused manner
-Participate visibly in activities for implementing and improving the HSE management system
-Comply with reasonable HSE instructions and safe working procedures.
-Provide appropriate supervision.
-Identify risks and hazards arising from projects and activities.
-Prepare and implement identified control measures
Requirements
-2-5 years of experience in Warehousing and Logistics
-Proficiency in English , Hindi (Optional)
-Strong knowledge in stores and logistics roles
-Leadership ability to handle multi-cultural environment and team
-Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook)
-SAP knowledge is mandatory
