Job Description
- Update the tracking sheet and Etimad Database with all the opportunities received or searched.
- Download bidding documents from Etimad or other procurement platforms.
- Check the Etimad platform frequently for all invitations and search public RFPs and RFIs
- Share the invitations and/or RFPs/RFIs with the relevant account and solution team and follow up with them to ensure qualification and pursuit plans have been done.
- Coordinate with the finance team after receiving the necessary approval for the payment to bid for the opportunity (if required).
- Schedule all needed internal meetings and those with clients.
- Take minutes of the meeting and share them with the attendees of the meeting and follow up on the actions.
