Job Description
- Assists in the preparation of management information reports regarding Corporate Finance Assignments.
- Executes the team decisions in regard to Corporate Finance.
- Assists in managing Corporate Finance assignments.
- Keeps well abreast of the market movements or related developments in the field of Corporate Finance and accordingly provide best advises the Associate Director.
- Prepares studies and analysis of deals assignment proposals.
- Assists in the participation of the creation and structuring of deals assignments opportunities that complement support the company's existing assignments.
- Assists in establishing appropriate deal assignment diversification.
