Support the P&O Business Partner in the operational conversion of the P&O strategic goals. -Provide support and specific advice in the implementation of various P&O processes (i.e: performance management, recruitment & selection, induction for new hires, talent management, OTR, succession planning) for a predefined population in close cooperation with the respective process expert(s). -Support and execute tactical workforce planning in alignment with the client’s Business plan. -Support the implementation of rewards and incentives to achieve the Unit’s goals.
