Job Description
- Coordinate contractors, current suppliers (for example, schedule repairs, set up orders, follow up on deliveries, etc.) and discover new beneficial suppliers
- Organize the entire procurement process from getting quotes to checking the quality of deliveries
- Keep track of the inventory, maintain the storage of stock, and control purchases
- Coordinate and manage the supply chain in close cooperation with our international head offices
- Follow standard good operating procedures to ensure crops are grown and harvested according to schedule and work instructions in a food safe manner
- Basic preparation and operation of equipment and systems to ensure production line is running smoothly
- Conduct post-harvest inspection to ensure sorted and packed produce is of highest quality and food safety
- General facility cleaning and proper waste disposal to ensure food safety and workplace safety standards are met
