Design, implement, manage, and repair Cisco Unified Communications Systems, including Unified / Call Manager and Contact Center Enterprise and Communications Manager.
Responsible for implementing (building) a variety of voice modes including Cisco, Call Center, hardware and peripherals.
Responsible for implementation and technical support for related Communications Unified Cisco technologies.
Perform other duties related to Cisco UC technologies as assigned.
Responsible for creating technical documentation for infrastructure solutions
Identify network system issues, troubleshoot, and provide solutions
Provide preventative measures to ensure uptime and optimal performance of the environment
Perform complex problem isolation within the Telecommunications Infrastructure and Networks
On-call rotation/After Hours support is required
Travel is possible, but occasional
Creates technical documentation for infrastructure solutions
Leading the engineering design, development and test process for the chosen product set
Delivering a secure, compliant and stable enterprise UC platform
Bachelors degree or equivalent in Information and computer systems such as CCIE/CCNP/CCNA.
A minimum of 5 years experience at Cisco UCCX in critical & enterprise-scale work environments.
Excellent knowledge of video conferencing technologies and products
Experience in and a passion for network and system management
The ability to lead teams on projects is required.
