Job Description
- Conduct monthly audit visits to varies facilities.
- Conduct risk assessment and enforce preventative measures.
- Responsible for implementation of health and safety risk mitigation measures.
- Remote support for HS related duties in facilities in GCC region with periodic on site audit visits.
- Report regularly to Health and Safety committee
- Review existing policies and measures and update according to legislation.
- Initiate and organize HS training of employees and executives, tool box talks
- Ensure reporting and investigation of any HS incidents or accidents
- Preparing emergency plan
- Conduction of mock drills
- Support the development of HS policies and programs
- Advise and instruct on various safety-related topics (noise levels, use of machinery etc.)
- Inspect premises and the work of personnel to identify issues or non-conformity (e.g. not using protective equipment)
- Prepare reports on occurrences and provide statistical information to management
