Job Description
- Managing the overall health and reconciliation of ledgers.
- Control all Salary and payroll related tasks managed locally that includes reconciliation of balances with Govt portal and maintaining a log of variances.
- Overall responsibility of monthly EOS master data update, and ensuring monthly accruals are taken based on updated information
- Working with HRBP and relevant functions to conclude a monthly salary reconciliation
- Manage all common costs cross charges between Unilever entities involving BUD
- Closely work with Supply Chain teams to ensure all stock related controls are executed, authorize all stocks movements, and take lead in ensuring financial impact is correctly reflected in Financials
