Responsible for systems optimal functioning, accuracy in entry and maintenance of all data in the HR systems; prioritizing the system’s needs, and identifying appropriate technical solutions. - Implementation of SAP HCM and other HR system solutions. - Coordinate all HRIS related projects the activity of internal resources; HR, IT, Finance, Payroll etc. and external consultants - Coordinate and support internal Information Technology staff and vendors in the development and management of organizational information and system capabilities. - Support internal IT teams to explore, prioritize and implement effective and innovative solutions for Group HR.
