Provide proactive and efficient secretarial support to the Directors. Act as a key point of contact; manage internal and external enquiries/communication, manage calendars, set up meetings, organize travel arrangements, agendas, minutes etc.
Answering and screening telephone calls, and responding to emails, messages, and other correspondence in a professional manner
Undertake specific projects as directed, some of which may be complex and confidential. Provide ad-hoc support as required, such as conducting research, gathering data and presenting findings in a timely manner. Produce reports, presentations and briefs as required.
