Analyst, Learning & Development (KSA)
Contribute to managing the entire cycle of learning and development (L&D), starting from identifying learning needs, designing cost effective L&D solutions, developing customized training material, delivering training programs, engaging audience and improving training effectiveness, building relationship to add value to business.
- Understand the business needs, complete the Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) process, develop annual training plan and budget based on the business priorities.
- Conduct a learning needs analysis, comparing them to training records, job descriptions and performance appraisals, consulting managers if clarification is required, and prepare substantiated training recommendations for inclusion in the Annual Training Plan.
- Prepare operating and capital budget proposals based on the training needs.
- Assist in the preparation and recommendation of the Annual Training Plan in coordination with Divisions/ Departments.
- Plan long-term and short-term employee development initiatives which includes online, classroom training, and certification programs.
- Design and deliver training courses to support business needs and bridge competency gaps.
- Implement the approved Training Plan, covering in-house, local and overseas training, internal programs, attachments, IT applications, English language courses, and summer and work placement students; providing professional advice to management and employees, as required, to ensure best services are offered.
- Proactively manage the planned and unplanned training requirements in order to support new business initiatives.
- Involve Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to meet the learning needs cost effectively, share knowledge and improve performance.
- Respond to Departments requests for specific training programs and courses, investigating to assess the effectiveness and contribution of such training, after identifying suitable courses.
- Investigate, recommend and promote alternative learning and development approaches, such as on the job training, coaching, mentoring, blended learning, job rotation, and self-learning.
- Liaise with training providers to obtain quotations for training, via formal correspondence, and review, analyse and compare received quotations for selecting the cost-effective solution that best meets the business requirements.

Minimum Qualification
Bachelor is Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills
6 years of experience in L&D, preferably in Oil & Gas industry.
