- Establish an overall Procurement Department and strategy which identifies, prioritizes, evaluates, and manages procurement needs and opportunities.
- Manage the daily operation of the Supply Chain Team as well as procurement managers on field projects.
- Provide coaching and mentoring for staff delegated authority to perform procurement functions.
- Perform procurement functions for goods and services.
- Maintain knowledge of Federal Import/Export regulations, Federal Acquisition Regulations and MSH’s compliance with the regulations to coach/train staff and ensure compliance
