Job Description
- Review new SAP notifications and clarify work contents (with support from Operations and Maintenance discipline, as applicable), accept notifications meeting required quality criteria and convert them to a right work order type.
- Maintain a list of Work Orders that are on-hold either due to non-availability / release of equipment (H- 30 Status). Review with Operations on daily basis to assess the possibility of releasing the related equipment and plan the work orders for equipment agreed to be relased.
- Create Work Orders /Job Packs with complete information (job plans, task lists, activity type, work center, crafts , estimated duration and hours, external services, fleet objects , PRTs and required spares / materials reservations with costs allocated to right CC / GL / WBS) to allow efficient scheduling and execution of maintenance work.
