Job Description
- Respond to customer inquiries & comments on social media platforms on a timely manner
- Build relationships with the online community
- Monitor and provide feedback on engagement/conversation via social media channels
- Communicate with messaging that meets the brand’s communication style
- tay up to date with the latest industry and digital trends
- Monthly listening reports
- Build defined FAQ’s and responses per brand
- Other duties assigned by the Line Manager
