Job Description

  • Supervises all field manual staff (TA’s and AO’s) at all designated stations (up to 20) on his assigned line and shift.
  • Sets up and manages the Lockout Tagout function and work permit programs for all assigned stations within Line 1 and 2 of the Riyadh Metro Project (Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia). The program will provide LOTO services for the CWJV, consortium partners, subcontractors, owner’s personnel and all entities performing work on the BACS-RMP work sites.
  • Provides point of contact and technical expertise representing the Lock Out Tag Out Tagging Authority for the entire project, including construction and startup.
  • supports Temporary Operations Testing Team with LOTO expertise and execution for the ongoing energization of systems on the project, and for movement and testing of trains.
  • Manages and supports the LOTO teams at his assigned stations (due to the spread-out nature of the project there will be no single location for the LOTO program to reside).
