Provides document management support to include: Utilizing the project ECMS to receive, distribute, transmit project deliverables. Administering Aconex Workflows to manage the engineering, design, and construction review cycles. Ensuring that accurate records of issuance are captured in alignment with the records retention and turnover plan. Communicating effectively with project team members, client representatives, and field personnel to ensure that contractor’s and consultant’s submissions meet quality standards and scheduled delivery. Supporting quality assurance audits, client reviews, and external audits. Preparing routine reports by exporting data from the ECMS to excel, or other office software to support the engineering review cycle. Keeping abreast of department technologies, techniques, and services that are available. Operating standard office equipment, copiers, and automation tools. Providing guidance to the project team members, contractors, and consultants, in the use of the ECMS (Aconex).
