Job Description
- Administration of contracts for site development prepared by A/Es.
- Perform civil site engineering reviews and coordinate reviews by other disciplines and departments for site development packages.
- Prepare design guidelines for neighborhood centers.
- Review site development designs for compound and commercial lots developed by private investors.
- Utilize computer codes to perform site development analysis and designs.
- Review, update and prepare revisions to Guideline Specifications related to site development.
