- Ensuring the identification, collection, indexing, access, filing, transfer, storage, maintenance and issue of data and records
- Filing & safeguarding all records, updating and maintaining all records and logs on computer
- keeps track of all project records by looking through both hard files & computer data base files on a regular basis
- Communicate effectively with the project team and subcontractors
- Process all project official documentation generated by company & contractor to be stored in the document management system.
- Maintaining records for the purpose of updating new or revised documents, filing & safeguarding all records
- Updating and maintaining all records and log on computer.
- Comply with company document control processes, procedures and specifications to ensure accurate records of all project official documentation generated by the company
- Comply with company policies and procedures
- And any other job responsibilities given by the Line Manager
Requirements
- Education: HND/Degree in commerce or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in similar position
- Language ability: Fluent in written and spoken English
- Understanding of spoken Arabic is preferred.
- Framework, Boundaries and Decision Making Authority: Stop unsafe work authority.
- Special Skills: Driving - not essential
- Computer Literate - Essential
- Medical Fitness Physically fit
