Job Description
- Greeting patients professionally both in person and on the phone
- Performs basic clerical tasks such as answering phones, greeting patients and visitors in a professional and timely manner.
- Comforts patients by anticipating patients’ anxieties, answering patients’ questions, and maintaining the reception area
- Liaises between medical departments with discretion and professionalism.
