Collaborate with a cross functional groups (Product Marketing, Sales, Services, Legal, Quality, and Regulatory) to support and contribute in the creation of training programs, curricula, course materials and measurements that support business unit strategies and are compliant with regulatory, quality systems, and Business Conduct Standards
Responsibility for the analysis, design, development, testing and fielding of training artifacts, guides, classroom instruction and Computer Based Training (CBT)
Ensure quality control checks are built into the successful implementation of training plans, deliverables and strategies
Must understand and translate business requirements and the system configurations/solutions into training artifacts as they relate to the system
Manage and lead all components of large enterprise wide and/or unit based initiatives and programs
Provide formal coaching to staff and business partners with pre-identified objectives and measurable outcomes
Design curriculum, job aids, and manuals to meet training outcomes as defined by needs assessment
Design, implement and facilitate open enrollment courses (customer service, communication, leadership) for individual contributors, emerging leaders and leaders
