Job Description
- She will comprehend and oversee the successful implementation and planning of the Kipin? Program across the nursery for all ages and stages.
- She will be responsible for oversight, development of all of Kipin??s Teachers and Teaching Assistants, to provide training and coaching to ensure the program is evident in each classroom and for every child.
- She will implement classroom management processes in the classes and audit the program on a regular basis to provide evidence of its success.
- She is responsible for evaluations and performance appraisals of academic staff in support of the nursery manager.
- She will design and implement the relevant systems, processes and structures across Kipin??s Academic platform to ensure institutionalization of the program.
- The Lead Teacher will support the recruitment process for Teachers and TA?s and help define a budget for Academic Resources by term.
