Job Description
- Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design
- Responsible for art direction and graphic design, design, production, completion, and delivery.
- Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics
- Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services
- Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools job requirements
- Analyzing and prioritizing elements of visual product needed
- Developing concepts, graphics, illustrations, and layouts for company logos, social media pages.
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
- Designing logos and corporate identities.
- Amend designs after feedback
- Up to date with the latest design trends & technologies.
- Up to date with the market competition
- Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with the team for a wide range of materials, including
- presentations, social media posts, internal communication, newsletters, and marketing materials.
- Translate strategic direction into the high-quality design within established brand identity.
- Deliver designs in support of the Marketing Team.
- Participate in brainstorming, rough drafts, and design mock-up ideas along with the marketing and design team.
- Developing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
Job Requirements
We need aCreative Brain!!With following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, applied arts or related field.
- Video editing and motion graphics experience are a huge plus.
- Creativity.
- Digital Marketing Agencies background is a must.
- Good experience in Digital Marketing visuals (social media posts, covers, ads) using guideline.
- A Critical eye for details.
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
- Up to date with industry leading software and technologies (In Design, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop etc.)
- Knowledge of UI/UX design.
