Lead overall Quality Control function by ensuring that incoming materials, in-process products and finished goods are tested following the defined strategy within the agreed consumable, manpower and capital expenditure budget to provide management timely and accurate product quality information. Drive continuous improvement in quality control activities by adopting latest methods, techniques or systems to provide timely, accurate and cost effective quality information to management. ACADEMIC / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION: Bachelor degree in Chemistry, Food/Dairy Science, Microbiology, or any related scientific discipline. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: A minimum 5-7 years of experience in Quality Control laboratories within a multi-national consumer goods company, with at least (3) years direct management of QC staff functions with proven results. Demonstrated ability to develop and drive successful QC programs.
