Job Description
Maintenance Engineering is the discipline and profession of applying engineering concepts for the optimization of equipment, procedures, and departmental budgets to achieve better maintainability, reliability, and availability of equipment: -
- Monitors all equipment’s on production line, makes necessary adjustments and/or repairs to maintain smooth running of production line.
- Regular plant inspection with the Mechanic and follow up with the plant equipment during the operations and off site.
- Monitor and control maintenance costs.
- Coordinate with the operations and plant manager to fix any of plant pumps or mixers.
- Distribute jobs to the technicians in their fields and ensure that the repairing of existing faults.
- Performs any other duties assigned by direct superior.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or a related field of study.
Minimum Experience:
- 2 – 4 with experience of mechanical maintenance
- Good communication skills
- Analytical dexterity, mathematical and technological acumen and problem-solving aptitude
- strong critical thinking skills
- Good Organizational skills.
