Work on the detailed Requirement Gathering exercise, Business Analysis and gap-assessments for the Project, particularly relating to integrations with (among others) Payments, General. Ledger, ATM, Treasury, Branch, Security and Financial Crime Management systems and processes. Support Project execution, including coordination across individual project workstreams and monitoring progress on the detailed plans to accomplish the Project objectives on time. Support project activities in line with industry best-practice PMO (Project Management Office) and SDLC (Systems Development Lifecycle) processes. Knowledge of Core Banking vendors and Credit Union. Excellent problem-solving ability in high pressure situations. Excellent negotiation skills to resolve internal and external competing priorities.
