Business Analyst

Main Responsibilities:

• Work closely with project managers to create and maintain your product backlog
• Provide visibility of your backlog management ensuring transparency across the business
• Articulate features, detailed stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Develop digestible features and independent stories for efficient and value-driven delivery.
• Be part of an agile development team, participating in all Scrum ceremonies
• Work closely with the Development Team to discover and define solutions, solve real customer and business problems, and assess the feasibility, usability, and value of products.
• Act as the internal customer representative and ensure the product is strongly aligned with customers and the market.

Job Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst
• Experience within an Agile environment - Scrum framework, Kanban, etc.
• Experience working within technology teams
• Previous experience with competitive analysis, user testing, delivery, and mock-up software like Balsamiq.
• Experience with writing features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to understand the target market
• Strong product and business analysis focus to support insights and judgment
• Strong focus and business acumen and focus on the outcome instead of output
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
