Job Description
Our client is a well established leader in the flexible packaging arena. We are recruiting for a telesales/administrative ace!
Reporting to the Regional Executive: Customer Services the successful candidate will be responsible for the folowing duties (amongst others)
- Capture and load orders from customers
- Maintaining customer focused working relationships with internal, interdepartmental and external customers
- Handling telephonic queries in a professional manner
- Receiving calls and emails from customers for processing
- Monitoring stock in system and re-ordering if necessary and liaising with planning department as required
- Follow all ISO procedures for documentation
- Filing of all customer orders
- General administration in office
- Follow up on daily deliveries
- Accurate order taking
Requirements
Matric Certificate
Computer literacy on MS Suite
SAP expereince
Min 3 - 5 years adminstration and customer service experience
Excellent communications skills and the ability to interact with customers
Attention to detail
Service orientated
Planning background advantagious
The vacancy is based in Johannesburg South
