Support the CEO to manage her virtual office, assist with client projects and work with Marketing Manager to execute social media initiatives:
1. Supporting CEO on projects - Creating templates, agendas and notes/reports from meetings as required by CEO 2. Creating and managing client files in Dropbox
3. Data gathering and file maintenance for USA prospect sales outreach (LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
4. Updating Hubspot with client/project documentation
5. Co-ordinate online marketing events as required including social media support to promote webinars including: social media posts, managing attendee lists, issuing reminders and "thank you" messages
6. Updating website (WordPress) with content
At least 5 years of relevant work experience in Office Management, Client Support, and/or Virtual Admin Assistant Strong written and verbal communication skills (English) Diligent, strong attention to detail Organised, resourceful, reliable, focussed Professionally presented and spoken A team player Copywriting and editing skills Excellent working knowledge of the following: - Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, etc) - Content creation skills using Canva, Adobe, and Photoshop - Dropbox - Hubspot - WordPress, with skills to be able to update content pages and publish posts as required - Social Media channels LinkedIn and Twitter.
