Job Description
- To assess patient’s needs, observe their response to interventions and to alert the Physician accordingly.
- To document in a timely manner all Nursing actions and procedures.
- To teach the patient and their family the appropriate preventative and curative actions to take to optimize the patients health and promote the patients independency.
- To assemble required equipment, consumables and instruments and to assists physicians with a variety of approved specialized procedures.
