Job Descriptions:
Human Resource:
Providing general administrative support to the HR department
Recruitment and selection of staff
Preparation of HR-related letters
Manage employee-related issues
HR P-file handling (hard & soft copy), attendance, and leave management
Employee's personal data file up keeping
Update record accordingly
Responsible for renewing Company Licenses and other PRO works
Preparing staff attendance for payroll, EOSB, and annual leave on a pro-rata basis
Any other matters required by Management
AR Accountant:
Monthly preparation of AR report
Daily sales report update
Maintaining the billing system
Generating Invoices and Account statements
Job Requirements
Experience in HR & Accounts related field
Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of staff
Positive work attitude and display initiative in problem-solving
Able to work independently and multi-task efficiently
Proficient in Microsoft Office Application
