Job Description

Job holder is one of the lead managers responsible for developing and implementing operational and response plans for COVID-19 for the World Cup Event.


Key responsibilities:


Leads COVID-19 planning and operational efforts.

Establishes a framework and methodology for the operational and response plans for the COVID Compliance team for the World Cup

Coordinates meetings, training, communication, and testing of plans. Drives and delivers Operational commitment, support, ownership, accountability and results.

Drives and delivers effective response strategies for all scenarios related to the World Cup COVID Compliance Team

Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor directly related or relevant to the job

Ensure the assigned responsibilities are delivered:

v to a high standard of quality and timeliness

v in full compliance with the SC Quality Policy and the Safety and Security rules and requirements

vin line with any standards and objectives designated in the Employee Performance Management system

Requirements

DOHA Based and with a Valid Qatari Driving License

Minimum 12 years experience in the development and implementation of Operational, Crisis management and Response plans

Experience in developing and implementing all facets of response (inclusive of governance pertaining incident response, crisis management and business continuity

Experience in large scale sporting event is an asset

Experience of working in the region and knowledge of local culture will be an added benefit

Good organising and communication skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Problem-solving abilities

Flexibility and a related ability to work autonomously
