Job Description
- Develop and implement Mobile Financial Services section policies and procedures in order to ensure the fulfillment of organizational requirements whilst delivering high-quality services.
- Carry out the day-to-day operations of the Mobile Financial Services to achieve high performance standards, meet established targets and engage employees in a motivated work environment
- Identify new Mobile Financial Services to be developed based on the Marketing Plan.
- Develop Mobile Financial Services Project Plans and track progress on milestones, budgets and outputs to make sure new services are being efficiently developed
- Review and challenge the assessment of technical and non-technical requirements of Mobile Financial Services with the support of digital team and value added service
