Job Description
- An Subject Matter Expert (SME) on a specific business domain, function, or capability.
- Vertical knowledge in banking/digital (possibly large ecommerce) and of core banking, payments, cards, risk, compliance, customer, channels.
- Narrow skills as specialised with deep knowledge in a single domain, function, or capability shaped.
- Assigned and works within a squad to provide their expertise and advise to the whole team.
- Responsible for user journeys, business requirements, functional mockups or designs, and configuration for products and services.
- Responsible for the relationship with the business to ensure their knowledge remains current.
- Expert level certification in their SME domain.
