Assist in the provision of contract management and administration activities of projects including the evaluation of the contractor against their obligations, evaluation of contractor?s claims and the provision of mitigation strategies to the Client, agreement of KPIs with the contractor, maintenance of appropriate records, and ensuring the contractor has the required bonding and insurance in place.
Assist in the development of a cost management system that details cash flow requirements, committed costs, costs remaining, and the overall cost to complete.
Review of all applications for payments (AFPs) and invoices from the contractors for completeness, accuracy, and compliance. Production of written reports on the findings and the subsequent action to be taken by the Client.
