Operate the BMS and observe all the equipments constantly if they are functioning properly or not.

Constantly monitor meters, gauges, and other measuring instruments to maintain optimum performance of the equipments.

Ensure the facility equipment’s operate safely by performing routine maintenance, shutting equipment down, making repairs, and regulating machinery as necessary.

Analyze reasons of failure of equipment’s and provides specific diagnostic, problem analysis and specify the necessary remedial actions for Supervisor's approval

.

Keep records of boiler pressure, temperature, power output, and fuel consumption

.

Keep record for the faults that appear on the display of the BMS and make sure you follow up and the fault is cleared from the system and logged.
