An hour session with each child on the team per week
Develop, supervise, modify and run IEP related programs for center-based and consultation clients
Ensure that staff understand and comply with the center’s rules, regulations and code
Inform Supervisor about any problems on specific child cases or any issues that may arise within the team
Communicate with parent/caregivers at the reception about the child’s session each day
Communicate with clinical team members about any relevant information regarding a client on their respective teams
Communicate with clinical team members, supervisors and administration staff in a courteous and professional manner
Communicate with other COMPANY staff (HR, Admin, Clinical Assistant, Staff Trainer) regarding matters that are related to other staff’s roles and responsibilities
Collaborate with other Professionals regarding child’s programs and behaviors (Speech-Language Pathologist, Occupational Therapists, Academic Tutors, School Teachers, etc.)
Review all IEP related data (Behavior Programs, Behavior Protocols, Assessments, etc.) and make necessary clinical decisions regarding it
Write up progress reports on IEP related programs (Summary reports, Progress reports, KOC reports, End of Services Reports, etc.)
Schedule regular meeting with clients based on the COMPANY calendar together with the Supervisor or the Lead Instructor when the latter is not available (IEP, midterm, progress, End of services, school)
Supervise training of staff on the team (new staff, volunteers, Instructors and Lead Instructors)
