Job Description
- Writing clear reports and being able to discuss them on a daily basis and for each maintenance process.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are working as they should after maintenance operations.
- Replacing old devices and installing new ones while maintaining a sound infrastructure.
- Training clients on how the devices and systems being installed work.
- Extension and management of wired and wireless networks and follow-up of everything related to network programming, including control
