Job Description
- Provide leadership to the EMEA Revenue organization and counsel to the CROl in implementing Revenue organization objectives that align with data.ai business goals.
- Facilitate successful implementation of new programs through the EMEA Revenue organization by ensuring a well-defined, efficient sales process.
- Foster an organization of continuous process improvement.
- Develop, manage and analyze key metrics around sales pipeline, volume, velocity and deal motion to drive predictable revenue growth into business.
- Assign salesforce quotas equitably, ensuring the firm’s financial objectives are optimally allocated to all sales channels and resources through the quota program.
- Prioritizes investments in enabling technologies in support of EMEA Revenue organization productivity.
- Works closely with senior Revenue leadership to define the optimal performance measurements and performance management programs required to ensure sales organization success.
- Working closely with Revenue leadership, Sales Enablement, and People Operations, champion a sales force training plan for EMEA focused on developing and reinforcing critical sales competencies.
