Develop, manage and analyze key metrics around sales pipeline, volume, velocity and deal motion to drive predictable revenue growth into business.
Assign salesforce quotas equitably, ensuring the firm’s financial objectives are optimally allocated to all sales channels and resources through the quota program.
Prioritizes investments in enabling technologies in support of EMEA Revenue organization productivity.
