Job Description
- Understand and identify the requester’s requirements and assess the suitability of Data Center site as per the required parameters.
- Support the requester in issuance of an RFP and assist him in the tendering process.
- Ensure adherence to overall data centres’ SLA commitments, performance, service availability, response time, problem resolution.
- Advise the requester on controlling & minimizing the running monthly expenditures (Capital and Operating expenses) for Data Center Infrastructure (Electrical/ Power/ UPS/ DG/ BMS/ Security/ Fire Suppression/ etc.).
- Direct, manage and operate Production Data Center Environment.
