Job Description
- Manage and lead a buying team to continuously improve ranges and exceed sales.
- Develop a Category plan that supports delivery of customer plan, market share acquisition and omni channel presence.
- Develop category strategy to achieve sales/profitability target, and maximize market share
- Develop assortment frequently including brands, products and agencies to ensure freshness and improve profitability
- Marketing strategy, new product development and sourcing own brands.
- Follow and Analyze market trends to ensure competitiveness in assortment and pricing.
- 7-10 years experience within retail - electronics desired
- 1-2 years in a managerial role
- Strong relationship and negotiations skills
