Job Description
- Command a solid understanding of Cybersecurity to drive requirements and strategy for cybersecurity-related products and teams.
- Provide channel program and project management support, becoming adept at the company's Project Management Methodology, processes, and tools
- Manage progress throughout the product development process and work with program managers to deliver against plan and targets
- Ensure clear communications and coordination across business and development teams.
- Collaborate with sales, end users, and other stakeholders to gather product requirements.
- Identify and document business cases, and requirements and manage the entire business cycle
- Link technical capabilities to strategic vision and business needs
- Define success metrics and SLAs, Manage business and conflicting priorities
- Identify, define, and oversee implementation of related cybersecurity business
- Ensure business as usual processes are documented and updated on a regular basis
- Provide detailed status reports to senior management
