Job Description
- Responsible for leading and delivering country projects.
- Develop project plans that identify resource and budgetary needs.
- Ensure project implementation on timely manner.
- Prepare quarterly performance reviews for senior management
- Contribute to department/ad hoc tasks for senior management
- Lead in developing OKR’s, scorecards and business performance contracts
