Job Description
- Take customer calls and provide support for their inquiries, complaints, etc
- Offer assistance to clients who may be having issues
- Call customers to offer assistance and after sales service
- Review customer accounts and proactively reach out about upgrades
- Work with colleagues to provide better customer service across the organization
- Ability to be patient and friendly with all types of customers
- Strong communication skills
