IT Infrastructure team leader

Accountabilities:

• Follow up Technical support’s team tasks and projects
• Administering Virtualization Platform (VMware)
• hands on experience in Windows servers, "Active-Directory, IIS, Group policies management. DNS. File servers and DFS. Certificate authority. Hyper-VWSUS.SCOM.SCCM .
• Manage Citrix Product (Netscaler VPX, XenApp and storefront)
• Managing Storage systems “EMC Unity, EMC VNX 5200, Data Domain and NAS Storage.
• Administering Backup recovery and replication (Veeam Backup).
• Work with a team to ensure projects are completed effectively and efficiently.
• Ability to issue the needed standard IT documentations.
• Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.
• Experience in Patch Management.
• Cloud computing (AWS, Azure)
  

Job Requirements

• University degree preferably Computer science
• 5-7 years of experience
• Good knowledge in IT security rules.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Excellent planning, managerial and follow up abilities.
• Excellent communications skills with a high customer service orientation.
• Excellent interpersonal and team building skills.
• Excellent problem solving abilities.
