Takes a strategic approach to training, assessing the skills and knowledge within an organisation and determining training needs to grow and retain critical skills.
Responsible for identifying Staff training and development needs regularly, and for planning, organising and overseeing appropriate trainings.
Deliver trainings and/or arrange for a third-party Trainer to do it to constantly equip & train Staff with the required knowledge, practical skills and motivation to carry out their work activities effectively.
Create and/or deliver a range of training using classroom, online and blended learning.
Develop & produce training materials for in-house courses and create a reference library.
