Job Description
- This is a critical role encompassing all the aspects of Finance management including Financial management, cost analyses, data management, P&L reports etc. Some of the key responsibilities are
- Participate in the preparation of the advance business plan in terms or project revenue and staffing, gathering the inputs and consolidating the data for various analysis and use.
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis and build financial models using data from financial systems and other sources, to support business decisions and the execution of initiatives.
- Preparing, analyzing, and highlighting the exceptions to top and middle level management.
- Automation of various reports with available data.
- Provide technical assistance in the design of cost accounting or reporting systems and related forms and documents.
- Perform specialized financial or cost analyses (e.g., cash flow analysis, "what if" analysis) prepare related reports (e.g., pro forma financial statements) to be presented and discussed with top management.
- Draw charts and graphs, using computer spreadsheets, to illustrate technical reports.
- Research for new process for MIS improvement by performing various methodologies of modeling techniques of available systems.
- Perform analytic review of balance sheets and Profit & Loss (P&L) accounts to assist with monthly variance reporting and balance sheet review analysis.
- Coordinate with the various leaders, departments and countries for reconciliations, collection of data and preparation of useful qualitative and quantitative information.
- Assist with required data analysis, interpretations, corrections and reports for various assignments.
- Ensure self development, training and on time completion of appraisals to raise competency, effectiveness and performance levels.
- Perform any other related activity as directed by the Finance Head.
